yeah i raced against them a few times. wait, i think a while ago you pm'd me(in the old pink bike forums) when i made a thread about sailing. that was like a long while ago though, before i got the 29er.

or maybe it wasn't you, i just remember someone pming me about sailing who sailed at rcyc, who sailed on optis.

yeah this is my first year in the 29er, bough it late June and started training from there. i've only been doing serious racing for the past two years (i did racing before then as well, but i sucked at it and rarely went to any regattas). Last year i placed top 3 in a few regattas on the 420 so me and my friend decided to go onto the 29er this year. have you tried a 29er before? if not, find somebody you know who has one and try it, they are amazing. Also, what club did you sail at?

Yeah im going hopefully to race in almost all the o-cup races, im just going to ride my kona Stinky most likley, enless i find a more downhill suitable fork for my Stuff, I hounestly dont have a clue what sirbikealot is but ile look into it.

The Commencal was going to be my race bike for DH. Didnt get it built in time and so I'm just riding it at Blue and the XCish type trails around my house. I bought the A-line and used to ride it at Blue and I also ride it in Quebec at Fortune, St. Anne, and Bromont. Hope that answers your question.
